Terms of service

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

We sell fresh flowers and floral arrangements, carefully curated for quality, design, and seasonality. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, colors and appearance may vary slightly from photos.
All prices are shown in SEK and include 25% VAT.

2. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation by email.
Payments are made securely via our payment partners with encrypted transactions.
Ringo Flowers does not have access to your full payment details.
Prices include applicable taxes but may exclude shipping, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. Delivery

Deliveries are made on Fridays to the address provided at checkout.
If no one is available to receive the flowers, they will be left in a safe place outside the door or at another suitable location.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or missing information (e.g. wrong address or entry code), Ringo Flowers is not responsible for non-delivery and no refund will be issued.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk pass to the customer.

We currently deliver within Stockholm only.

4. Returns and Satisfaction

Because our products are fresh and perishable, all orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your bouquet, please contact us immediately at info@ringoflowers.se, preferably on the same day as delivery.
We will handle each case individually and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Ringo Flowers respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect and process only the information necessary to:

  • Process and deliver your order

  • Provide customer service and handle inquiries

  • Send updates or marketing (only if you have given consent)

  • Improve our website and services

Your data is stored securely and only for as long as necessary for these purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except trusted partners (e.g. payment providers and couriers) who help us operate our services.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting info@ringoflowers.se.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and remember your preferences.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not function properly as a result.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, designs, and logos—is owned by Ringo Flowers or its licensors.
You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ringo Flowers is not liable for:

  • Minor variations in color, form, or composition of flowers

  • Delays in delivery or damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather or transport delays)
    Liability for defective products is limited to remedies described in Section 4 (Returns and Satisfaction).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
